about us

Our Story

Over the years, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, Jordan has led significant diplomatic efforts, international mobilization, and humanitarian interventions that have created a real impact.
Restoring Hope Society (RHS) is one of the Royal initiatives launched in 2024 following the devastating war in the Gaza Strip. Through an effective partnership between the Royal Medical Services (RMS), Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), , and the Restoring Hope initiative, specialized RMS teams began operating Mobile Amputee Support Units MASU designed and equipped in Jordan specifically for this mission. From the Jordanian Field Hospital in Khan Younis and within just one year, our dedicated medical teams provided prosthetic limbs and physiotherapy services to more than 500 injured individuals. This pivotal experience marked the beginning of a new chapter, as the initiative expanded and transformed into a Jordanian association specialized in supporting amputees through comprehensive services and diversified programs that ensure holistic care. In a world filled with advanced technologies aimed at improving human life, high costs often stand as a barrier to urgent prosthetic interventions, especially for individuals who lose their limbs due to circumstances beyond their control. Witho ut compromising on quality, Restoring Hope Society (RHS) works to achieve a fair balance by adopting diverse prosthetic systems and securing them for eligible beneficiaries through international, regional, and local partnerships , forming a strong humanitarian alliance with measurable impact.
